Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on the supplier and product availability.
Shipping Destinations
Swageye currently ships to addresses within the United States and Canada only.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–15 business days after your order is processed. Delivery times may vary depending on the supplier’s location and your shipping address.
Shipping Costs
- Flat Rate: $5 shipping for all orders under $50 (USD).
- FREE Shipping: Orders of $50 or more (USD) ship free.
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total.
Multiple Shipments
Because we work with multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages. You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment as soon as it’s on its way.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For shipments to Canada, customs fees, taxes, and duties may apply according to your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information for each package. If you don’t receive tracking details, please contact our support team.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may not be eligible for shipping to certain addresses due to supplier or customs limitations. We’ll notify you immediately if your order is affected and work with you on alternatives.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we strive for timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier, or customs issues. If your package is delayed, please allow extra time and reach out if you need assistance.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Swageye is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned to us.
