Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Please double-check your order before submitting. Once shipped, we’re unable to make further changes.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate of $5 will apply. We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada. International shipping may be available soon—join our newsletter for updates.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery within the U.S. typically takes 4–8 business days. Canada orders may take 7–15 business days depending on your location.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order anytime on our Order Tracking page.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer free returns within 7 days of delivery on most items. Products must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. The following items are not eligible for returns: Beauty & Skincare products, Bodysuits, Intimates-Lingerie, Jewelry, and Swimwear.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
A: Simply contact us at contact@swageye.com. We’ll guide you through the process and send a prepaid return label if eligible.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return. You’ll get an email confirmation once your refund is issued.
